Anil Om, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Anil Om received his medical degree from Medical College Jabalpur, M.P., India, where he was chosen best medical student. He went on to complete a masters in Immunopathology from Dalhousi University, Canada. He was a Research Fellow at Victoria General Hospital in Canada for one year before going on to Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was a Fellow for a year and completed his residency. Dr. Om completed a three year Cardiology Fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and a one year Interventional Cardiology Fellowship from the University of Rochester, New York. He is Board Certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Om is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the South Carolina Medical Association.
Dr. Om resides in Florence with his wife, Dollie, and his two children, Amit and Anjali.
