Billing Information
Upon your first visit we will obtain your insurance information. We are on most major insurance plans, and new plans are added and updated regularly.
We also accept MasterCard, Visa, checks and cash. We will file your claim with the appropriate insurance company. We will then inform you of any charges the insurance company does not pay. Although an insurance claim has been filed, you may continue to receive statements.
If you have HMO coverage that requires preauthorization, please notify us as soon as possible. We will obtain the preauthorization, you will be responsible for your co-pay.
The charges you incur are your responsibility, we will assist you when possible with any questions that may arise from your insurance carrier. Our billing department is available from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday to discuss any concerns or to set up payment plans if needed.
